Responsibilities
  • Handle and deliver European spare parts orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely shipment;
  • Manage abnormal issues in the spare parts warehouse, promptly address material shortages and customers' special requirements to guarantee on-time delivery;
  • Process settlement, refund and other businesses related to spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate settlement;
  • Manage spare parts accounting and conduct daily data monitoring and analysis;
  • Undertake other work related to spare parts/logistics operations, including payment settlement for logistics suppliers;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Possess certain experience in logistics order processing or customs clearance;
  • Prior experience in B2B customer communication is preferred;
  • Good communication and data analysis skills;
  • Meticulous and patient in work, and able to work under certain pressure;
  • Fluent in English.
