Tasks
- Ensure on-time and quality-compliant supplier performance
- Conduct risk assessments and supplier qualifications during tenders and serial projects
- Initiate and manage supplier improvement projects
- Analyze production deviations and implement corrective actions (QSR)
- Communicate with internal teams and present supplier performance at management level
- Act as interface between suppliers, internal customers and development teams
- Support new product introductions and industrialization
- Assist with capacity analyses and supplier development
Requirements
- Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable field
- Extensive experience in supplier management, project management, quality management and supply chain
- Solid knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Change Management
- Business-fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
- Willingness to travel
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
