Your Impact

To support our mission, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager Focus Hardware (m/f/d) to strengthen our Supply Chain & Operations team at our Berlin office. In this role, you will work at the very core of our product operations with a direct impact on hardware quality, cost efficiency, and supply‑chain performance. You act as a central interface between suppliers and internal teams, turning operational issues, defects, and customer feedback into concrete product and process improvements.

Your Mission

• You optimize the hardware product from a technical and commercial supply‑chain perspective
• You ideate, prototype, and pre‑test new product and improvement ideas
• You translate product requirements into feasible supplier, cost, and manufacturing solutions
• You collaborate closely with other teams such as Product, Tech, Sales, Customer Success and Operations
• You analyze returns, defects, and quality issues in a hands‑on manner to derive clear, actionable insights
• You ensure compliance with defined quality standards for incoming production batches
• You build and manage strong relationships with international suppliers while optimizing cost and quality

Your Talent

• You have experience in technical operations, supply chain, hardware‑related roles or buying with strong technical exposure and a commercial mindset combined with strong analytical and technical skills
• You bring strong technical curiosity, willingness to learn and problem‑solving skills with a clear interest in wearables, IoT, connectivity and hardware or product design
• You understand technical documentation and specifications and apply them in an analytical and structured, yet hands‑on, pragmatic way
• You take ownership and communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
• You are experienced with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), Excel/Sheets formulas and tools like Slack, Notion, CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
• You use process and efficiency tools such as Zapier, Apps Script, Python, or AI‑assisted workflows
• You are business‑fluent in English; German (B2) is preferred and Mandarin (HSK 3) is a plus
