We are seeking a Supply Chain Expert - Project Manager Sourcing Optimization (f/m/d) to join our SE team as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive and manage high-impact projects across sourcing processes for product and service categories in collaboration with the business.
• Develop and implement sourcing optimisation initiatives to improve supply chain processes.
• Ensure goal-oriented project management with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting milestones.
• Collaborate with negotiation experts and category teams to refine sourcing strategies.
• Design targeted communication on sourcing activities and decision templates for senior management.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional qualifications such as PhD or MBA are welcome.
• Several years of hands-on project management experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management; consulting experience in strategic procurement is also valued.
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities and high-level project management expertise for complex, interdisciplinary projects.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluent in English and German.
