What you'll do:

As our Strategic Sourcing Associate, you will play a crucial role in making our first commercials plants come to life. You will help build our sourcing strategy for key process equipment, as well as building and maintaining close relations to strategic value chain partners. You will be part of a growing commercial team based in Berlin, Germany & Copenhagen, Denmark and will be reporting to our Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strategic sourcing strategy for our integrated supply chain.
• Conduct comprehensive supplier sourcing to identify and onboard partners who align with our needs and mission.
• Manage supplier conversations and negotiations to secure favorable terms for procurement contracts.
• Collaborate closely across commercial and technical teams to understand and continuously refine our supply chain needs.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, track performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and procedures.

About you:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• You have 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a strategy, procurement, supply chain or similar role.
• You are passionate about innovative climate tech and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Most importantly - you are a creative problem solver, always full of new ideas, hate taking "no" for an answer, prefer to challenge the status quo and never postpone until tomorrow what can be done today.

• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a strategy, procurement, supply chain or similar role in chemical manufacturing industry.
