The role

The TAM Expansion Alliance and the New Ventures Tribe are looking for a seasoned Product Management professional for the role of Staff Product Manager for The Pets Table who will have end-to-end ownership of the The Pets Table customer experience across subscription meal selection and ordering loyalty and assortment. This role positions you to have a direct impact on the growth and success of our fastest-growing brand (and fastest-growing brand in its vertical!) - The Pets Table . Youll do that by developing a deep data-driven understanding of customers problems and motivations as well as uniquely becoming an expert in the care and needs of the customers four-legged companions; transforming that knowledge into one-of-a-kind digital products and services. Together with the Senior Product Manager for The Pets Table and the The Pets Table MD you will be accountable for the further growth and success of the business.

As an individual contributor you will be expected to define the long-term vision set data-driven multi-year roadmaps to get there and own the technical delivery of new features together with the teams within your space - The Pets Table and New Ventures Backend. Translating requests aligning stakeholders and the needs across brands to deliver foundational services to support common growth through a robust backend backlog and this strategic role youll collaborate closely with your cross-functional team commercial stakeholders and senior leadership to drive the right investments in the coming years.

What youll do

• Vision and innovation : Drive and execute a long-term vision for The Pets Table digital experience - a cornerstone component of the whole vertical at HelloFresh.
• Foundational strategy : Discover define align and ensure the delivery of key backend investments powering unique experiences across both new vertical brands;
• Data ownership : Own key input metrics across acquisition engagement and retention directly impacting the brands P&L.
• Roadmap and execution : execute adjust and deliver your product roadmap together with a cross-functional team of Engineers Product Designers Researchers Product Analysts and senior business stakeholders against your strategies and vision.
• Discover and innovate : In collaboration with CX Strategy Senior Leadership and Management discover new opportunities to offer customers brand-new services and rapidly ideate experiment and roll out new digital products to the market together with a cross-functional team of Engineers Product Designers Researchers Product Analysts and senior business stakeholders against your strategies and vision.
• Thought leadership : Mentor junior colleagues and help raise the bar for the product management craft at Hellofresh.
• Contribute to the growth of New Ventures at HelloFresh : Be part of the senior team for New Ventures & Ecosystems Tribe at HelloFresh helping shape the future of the whole HelloFresh Group.
