The Senior Director of Regional Accounts will drive the strategic growth and profitability of Stonewall Kitchen’s regional grocery retail channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with key regional accounts, and expanding market share for Stonewall Kitchen’s premium specialty food and home goods products. The objective is to achieve revenue targets, enhance brand presence, grow market share, and deliver exceptional customer experiences within the regional grocery retail sector.

JOB SUMMARY
  • Oversee sales and account management for regional grocery across the U.S.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers to drive performance and align with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional account decision makers, including buyers, and executives
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize profitability and brand visibility
  • Ensure utilization of TPM planning software for key retail accounts
  • Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Stonewall Kitchen, promoting its mission and values at industry events and retailer meetings
EXPECTATIONS
  • 10+ years of sales experience in FMCG; Prior experience in sales and sales leadership required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability; Syndicate/panel data familiarity a plus
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and project management skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience working with databases
  • Experience presenting to and working with customers
  • Must be able to travel up to 40%
