As a Sr Advertising Sales Manager/Sr Account Executive, you will utilize your 6+ years of experience in selling TV/Video and digital advertising solutions to MDMs and their agencies to successfully scale advertising revenues. Your focus will include Streaming TV, Live Sports, Audio, and Programmatic Video. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients in the Tools & Outdoor industry, offering a broad range of advertising solutions to meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate advertising revenue through ad agencies and direct advertisers across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
  2. Identify opportunities proactively and connect them with suitable value-adding solutions.
  3. Influence buying decisions to increase revenue from existing clients and develop new revenue streams.
  4. Build and sustain relationships with agencies and decision-makers in the TV and Digital landscape.
  5. Develop account strategies, align resources, and identify digital, audio, and video products that best serve advertiser needs.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in TV/STV/video ad sales or agency roles.
  • Proven ability to build client and agency relationships.
  • Track record of closing sales and generating revenue.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of media advertising experience.
  • Experience engaging with C-Suite executives.
  • MBA qualification.
  • German language proficiency at C1 level.
