Your mission
To support our payroll team, we are looking for a Specialist Payroll & Services (m/f/d) in Part-Time (20 hours per week):
- You will be responsible for preparing payroll for our locations in Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Sweden, the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium, ensuring that all relevant processes are carried out accurately and on time.
- You will ensure that personnel administration and services are carried out reliably and correctly.
- As a contact person, you will assist employees with all questions relating to payroll, social security, and tax issues.
- You will be responsible for creating and analyzing KPIs and other personnel-related evaluations to support our management.
- You will assist in the development of compensation and benefits strategy to optimally promote and retain our employees.
- Compliance with all relevant legal requirements and internal guidelines is a matter of course for you.
- In close cooperation with other departments, you will optimize existing processes and thus contribute to increasing efficiency within the company.
- You will use the Deel system and maintain all relevant data to ensure efficient and error-free data management.
- You will assist with audits and external reviews by providing all necessary documents and information.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on human resources or payroll, and have several years of experience in (international) payroll.
- You have in-depth knowledge of (international) labor law, social security law, and tax law, which you can apply with confidence.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- You have a good command of English and can communicate confidently both verbally and in writing.
- You are keen to continue your professional development in the field of payroll and strive to keep your knowledge up to date.
- You have strong communication skills and are open, friendly, and helpful.
- Your high level of service orientation and service mindset are reflected in your daily work.
- You are a team player, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even when dealing with complex tasks.
Contract Type: Permanent employment contract; 20 hours per week
Workplace: In one of our offices globally (Karlsruhe, Oosterzele, Gothenburg, Perugia, Campofilone, Utrecht, Warsaw) or Remote.
