Your tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure the implementation of ISO 21448 standards
  • Conduct hazard identification and risk evaluation to identify and mitigate safety concerns
  • Establish Risk Acceptance Criteria in alignment with industry best practices
  • Define meaningful metrics and perform statistical performance evaluations to support safety objectives
  • Conduct root cause analysis for potential triggering conditions (TC) and functional insufficiencies (FI)
  • Develop and implement effective functional modifications in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Perform trade-off analyses to evaluate and prioritize potential safety measures
  • Conduct safety analysis using methods such as FTA, FMEA, DFA, and STPA
  • Lead SOTIF-related verification and validation (V&V) activities

Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience applying ISO 26262, ISO 21448, and related industry standards
  • Strong expertise in automotive systems and systems engineering
  • Hands-on experience in simulation, verification, and validation processes
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics and statistical reasoning techniques
  • Proficiency in Python/R programming for data analysis and automation
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicle (AV) technologies, including machine learning (ML)
