Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

We are Aiways, driving the evolution of the automotive industry.

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a Social Media Manager (m/w/d) to be part of the Marketing Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Overall responsibility for all official brand accounts on social media (“aiways.official”).
  2. Structured management of all Aiways European brand accounts on social media.
  3. Coordination and management of all relevant stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, importers, photographers, influencers, etc.).
  4. Monitoring and analyzing social media key figures and social listening.
  5. Understanding of social media trends and techniques, as well as the company's presence.
  6. Development and ongoing adaptation of a long-term, cross-channel social media strategy in collaboration with the agency.
  7. Content and editorial planning in cooperation with the agency.
  8. Development of strategies for cooperation and partnerships.
  9. Development, implementation, evaluation, and optimization of social campaigns and marketing measures on social networks.
  10. Social boost setup, analysis, and optimization.
  11. Conception, planning, and coordination of asset creation via external graphic design, photo shoots, and video productions.
  12. Active community management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  13. Budget planning and control.
  14. EU-wide social asset management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in social media management.
  2. Proficiency in several social media platforms.
  3. Proven experience with paid media.
  4. Strong analytical, data-driven, and performance-oriented skills.
  5. Flexible, proactive, and agile mindset.
  6. Creative mentality with the ability to generate new ideas.
  7. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., "falcon").
  8. Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  9. Fluent in English and German.
  10. Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
