Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to David Brumbter and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to:

  • Support Industry 4.0 initiatives (automation, digitalization).
  • Drive continuous improvement and report KPIs.

  • Technical or Engineering degree in areas like Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • People management experience min. 3 years (up to 50 people).

  • Experience a dynamic work environment with a permanent position at a leading company for green mobility
  • Enjoy a competitive remuneration package (IG Metall), 30 days of vacation, and benefits such as company pension plans and subsidized “Deutschlandticket” (Job Ticket)
  • Optimise work-life balance with flexible working hours and hybrid working models

  • Thrive in a modern and collaborative workplace featuring mentor and buddy programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, CSR activities, and engaging employee events
  • Enjoy a comprehensive corporate health management with various initiatives such as physiotherapy, massages, flu vaccinations, blood donation drives, etc.
  • Access corporate benefits and work-life service to receive support and guidance on childcare, caregiving, and household services

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
