Join us as Shopper and Trade Marketing Coordinator and play a key role in supporting and contributing to the Oral Health Care portfolio within our Shopper and Trade Marketing Team.

We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, communicative and highly organized – a true multitasker who enjoys working in a fast‑paced setting and building strong connections across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior manager
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely follow‑up
  • Handle calls and inquiries professionally, escalating when necessary
  • Organise travel itineraries and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations and correspondence by researching and consolidating relevant content
  • Support cross‑site events and meetings with strong organisational skills
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience; Associate degree preferred
  • Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with intranet tools
  • Proven experience providing administrative or secretarial support to senior leadership
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, including managing complex travel arrangements
  • Strong communication skills (email, phone, face‑to‑face) and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Language skills: German at native level and English at advanced business level
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion
