Overview

We are looking for additional Service Engineers / Technicians to join our client's team in the Baden-Württemberg region of Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced industrial 3D printing systems in a collaborative, international environment that values flexibility, growth, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to customers through remote assistance and on-site visits
• Install, commission, and maintain high-tech 3D printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues quickly and effectively
• Partner with engineering teams to implement improvements and tailor solutions for specific applications
• Keep accurate service records and share feedback to enhance product reliability
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime

What We're Looking For

• A strong interest in advanced manufacturing technologies and a hands-on approach
• Background in mechanical, electrical engineering, or mechatronics (degree or vocational training)
• Practical experience servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment (it will be desirable to have Additive Manufacturing experiences especially with metal technology)
• Solid troubleshooting skills and confidence working with complex systems
• Proficiency with PC tools and technical documentation
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
• Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel across Germany and wider Europe
