Job Description:

Blackbird Collective helps startups and mid-sized companies hire the right people. We are HR, not a Sales Organisation. We believe in modern approaches to working, and for this reason, we have maintained a four-day work week for 8 years and are a native remote company. This allows us to find a healthy balance and flexibility between our private lives and delivering quality services to our candidates and clients.

Tasks
  • You will work on interim projects or specific vacancies for our clients.
  • You will partner with hiring managers to create meaningful recruiting processes tailored to our clients' needs.
  • You will guide candidates through the recruiting process, providing an excellent and memorable experience that excites them to join our clients' teams.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Expect no internal KPIs, unnecessary reporting, or Excel work; we operate as a trust-managed team.
  • You won't be expected to stay after hours.
  • You will be involved in and informed about all aspects related to Blackbird Collective.
Requirements
  • Strong recruiting experience, particularly in the IT sector, working for tech companies in Germany.
  • Based in Germany and willing to work independently (home-office with regular team meetings). Our "headquarter" is a permaculture farm in Brandenburg.
  • Motivated to work a four-day week, with a workload of 20-32 hours per week.
  • Knowledge of HR topics and German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Understanding that recruiting is a game of speed and quality.
  • Pragmatic, able to prioritize, and committed to delivering quality work with attention to detail.
  • Experience working for modern, fast-moving companies.
  • Appreciation for diversity beyond just nationality.
  • Belief in modern work-life balance approaches, avoiding long hours and daily commutes.

Please note: If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit. Check our Blog for more information.
