Overview

We’re building the digital backbone of one of Europe’s largest and most critical industries, construction. We’re looking for 3 Senior Fullstack Engineers to help develop our B2B platform!

This is your chance to shape the future of sustainable construction and logistics. You’ll work on a fast-scaling digital platform that’s redefining how materials, resources, and emissions are managed across the sector. The focus is on sustainability: less waste, more recycling and re-using by all of the construction sites and companies that use our platform.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team working on our core Order Engine - the beating heart of the platform - designing new features, scaling infrastructure, and bringing technical and product excellence together.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features end-to-end, from concept to production
• Architect scalable systems within a cloud-based microservice setup
• Write clean, well-tested code and continuously improve code quality standards
• Work closely with the product team to shape features that deliver real user value
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across teams to build a seamless platform experience
• Mentor peers and contribute to a strong engineering culture built on curiosity, impact, and pragmatism

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on skills in Node.js, React, and AWS Lambda
• Experience designing and maintaining microservice-based systems
• Product-focused mindset: you think in terms of outcomes, not just code
• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization
• Excellent English communication skills (German a plus)
