As a Site Process Engineer, your day begins with analyzing performance data from previous shifts, quickly identifying areas needing attention. You’ll spend time on the Fulfillment Center floor, observing processes firsthand and connecting with associates to understand their daily challenges. One moment you might be brainstorming with your team about implementing a new robotics solution, the next you could be leading a workshop helping operations leaders adopt best practices. Your problem‑solving skills come into play as you tackle real‑time challenges, while your afternoons often involve collaborating with colleagues across Europe to share insights and align on network‑wide improvements. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Experience in technical support, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Experience in technical support, or experience in managing and troubleshooting network and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical leadership for industrial engineering projects or programs
• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred
• Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, etc.
• Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
