Responsibilities
- HR System Administration: Manage and continuously improve cloud-based HR software solutions (with a focus on core modules such as Employee Central), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across personnel and organizational records.
- Data & Insights: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data queries to support strategic HR decisions and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Project Involvement: Contribute to the implementation of HR-related system requirements and participate in relevant projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- System Development & Support: Play an active role in the evolution of the HR technology landscape and provide second-level support for system users.
- HRIS Governance: Establish and maintain clear processes and guidelines for collaboration between business units and internal IT, as well as for managing external service providers in line with IT governance standards.
Qualifications
- A degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical or HR IT environment.
- Several years of practical experience in implementing, managing, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Solid understanding of data management principles and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL) for analyzing HR-related data.
- Experience with additional HR software platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams and external partners.
- A solution-driven approach with the ability to develop innovative ideas for improving systems and processes.
