Job Description

Enpal Salesforce team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will own a specific "Domain" (such as Customer Acquisition) from both a product and platform perspective, working closely with internal teams and collaborating across departments. Salesforce may not always be the optimal solution.

You should be able to support, consult, and challenge business and operational needs, proposing future-proof solutions both within and outside of Salesforce. You will prioritize your Domain's tasks and collaborate with engineering managers to find the best solutions for actual business problems, not just perceived needs.

We value passion for strategy, measuring product impact, the solar and heat pump industry, platform development, or new tools—because we want our team members to truly own their topics.

• You act as the primary Salesforce contact for your Domain within the business.
• You write clear and concise user stories.
• You have a strong desire to understand and document business processes and to shape them.
• You are friendly and diplomatic but can assertively say No when needed.
• You possess deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration and limitations, with experience in other tools preferred.
• If focused on platform development, you understand org governance, governor limits, best practices in coding and flows, and system configuration management.
• You can present system changes and enhancements to diverse audiences, including senior management.

Qualifications

• Architect mindset with knowledge of relational database design and management.
• Experience with Agile project management processes and dealing with ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical, business process, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot system, process, and data issues.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Solution Architect, or Consultant) are a plus.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent work experience.
