Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful implementation of all project phases for orders at home and abroad for our unique combustion and steam boiler systems as one of the key components in the energy recovery process
• Contract review and analysis, definition and management of project objectives and setting of project milestones
• Definition of the project organization, management of internal and external personnel, allocation of tasks, and initiation of training measures in a matrix organization
• Organization of project start, project planning, monitoring and control
• Monitoring compliance with budgets and deadlines as well as external representation of the project, including planning and conducting customer meetings
• Preparation of project status reports, coordination of project documentation and document management, conflict management, support in the optimization of structures and processes, as well as claim management and project post-calculation

Qualifications

• Completed engineering degree (mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering or comparable degree)
• Several years of professional experience in international plant construction and successful project management; assembly and commissioning experience is an advantage
• Confident demeanor and very good communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and English, French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Comprehensive knowledge and application of project management tools
• Good market and product knowledge in the field of steam generators
