Key responsibilities

• Developing a clear product vision and strategy based on user and market needs and translating this into concrete roadmaps and prioritized backlogs for the development teams
• Successfully managing agile projects from conception to go-live with a focus on transparent communication, efficient resource management and adherence to quality, scope and budget
• Providing strategic advice to customers on an equal footing, understanding their business goals and jointly developing digital solutions with measurable added value
• Inspiring and empowering interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Early detection and management of technical risks and project challenges as well as proactive development of strategies to ensure software quality and a smooth product launch

Essential Skills

• 3 years of professional experience in IT project management or as a product owner
• Experience in using agile project management methods
• Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level) and German (C2 level)
