A leading tech company in Cologne is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead their cross-functional Scrum team for Web & App. You will be responsible for establishing a data-driven product development framework, managing experiments, and taking end-to-end responsibility for product delivery. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in product management, proficiency in Scrum/Agile, and a user-focused approach. This position offers flexible working hours and can be performed 100% remotely.
You will lead our cross-functional Scrum team for Web & App, together with another Product Manager(Frontend & Backend).
You will establish the framework for data-driven product development (e.g., GA, Hotjar, PowerBI, or similar tools) and make insights accessible to everyone.
You will plan and manage experiments (A/B tests), combine the results with user feedback, and derive clear actions for UX and growth.
You will take end-to-end responsibility:from discovery and delivery to measurement along clear KPIs.
You will build an impactful roadmap, prioritize rigorously, and keep it aligned with our business goals.
You will be the interface: working closely with Design, Engineering (FE/BE/QA), Growth, Marketing, and Sales – including clear communication of trade-offs.
4+ years of experience in product management for digital consumer products – ideally in an EdTech environment (community, content, or learning platform)
You are proficient in Scrum/Agile and have experience working with multiple disciplines and stakeholders simultaneously.
You combine a user perspective with analytics, experimentation, and clear KPIs – and seamlessly integrate business, tech, and UX considerations into the decision-making.
You can prioritize, even under pressure, and remain proactive in dynamic situations.
You possess a fundamental understanding of technical concepts (web/app, APIs, data flows) – and a hands‑on mentality to pragmatically initiate, test, and implement projects with the team.
Excellent English skills are required; German language skills are a plus.
