As Senior Product Manager (m / f / d), you’ll drive acquisition and revenue growth by shaping how new customers discover, evaluate, and start using our products. You’ll define the vision, prioritize initiatives, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable impact across the customer journey.
Drive results: Use insights, analytics, and experimentation to optimize the funnel, increase conversion, and accelerate time‑to‑value.
Innovate with AI: Explore AI and emerging technologies to enhance the user experience, test hypotheses, and scale successful experiments.
Stay close to users & data: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to understand prospect behavior and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Collaborate & influence: Align product, design, and commercial stakeholders on strategy and execution, while mentoring fellow PMs.
Shape what’s next: Embrace curiosity and experimentation, challenge assumptions, and bring forward ideas that push products and growth strategies forward.
You bring PLG growth expertise in B2B SaaS, with a proven ability to optimize acquisition, conversion, and monetization in a product‑led funnel to drive measurable revenue impact.
Data‑driven and technically savvy, you have experience designing tests, analyzing results, reading API documentation, understanding how data flows, and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
As a cross‑functional leader, you have a track record of guiding engineering teams while aligning strategy and execution across product, marketing, and sales.
Your curiosity and innovation push you to explore AI and emerging tools to improve targeting, conversion, and revenue, always testing new ideas.
Balancing strategy and hands‑on execution, you take ownership of initiatives that materially affect growth.
Fluent in English and German, you communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders.
