A growing PropTech company in Munich seeks a B2B Marketing Manager who will support strategic planning, coordinate product marketing initiatives, and manage multi-channel campaigns. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, strong communication skills, and fluency in German and English. The role offers flexible working conditions and opportunities for professional development.
Experience in B2B marketing : You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the B2B environment preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strategic marketing understanding : You have proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and positioning.
Product marketing expertise : You are confident in developing value propositions storylines and go-to-market strategies for new features and products.
Campaign management : You have experience in planning orchestrating and optimising multi-channel campaigns (content paid etc.) with a focus on performance and conversion.
Analysis & reporting : You have a routine in using KPIs dashboards and reporting tools; ability to derive data-based recommendations for action.
Tools & systems : You have knowledge of common CMS and automation tools (e.g. Clay Salesforce) and openness to quickly learn new systems.
AI in marketing : You bring preferably initial practical experience in the use of AI tools.
Strong communication skills : Keen sense of effective storytelling and target group-oriented communication.
Languages : You are business fluent German (C2) and you have very good English skills.
