Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.

  • Proficiency in KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Your mission

Strategic Support & Marketing Planning

  • Sparring partner for the Head of Marketing in annual planning, topic prioritisation and further development of the marketing strategy.
  • Support in defining and managing overall marketing goals (positioning, leads, awareness, retention).
  • Responsibility for coordinating content and prioritising ongoing go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels and formats.

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Developing and implementing the product marketing strategy for new and existing features.
  • Defining and communicating value propositions, product storylines and differentiating features.
  • Creating product documentation, sales enablement materials and partner content.
  • Working closely with product and sales teams to incorporate market feedback and customer needs into communications.

Go-to-market Management

  • Planning, implementing and managing go-to-market strategies for product launches, releases and key topics.
  • Developing messaging frameworks, target group approaches and communication guidelines in coordination with the Head of Marketing.
  • Orchestration of content, social media, paid media, email marketing and events along the customer journey.
  • Definition of relevant KPIs, monitoring and continuous optimisation of go-to-market activities.

Campaign Management & Reporting (parental leave cover)

  • Monitoring ongoing campaigns and analysing performance.
  • Creating regular reports and identifying potential for optimisation.
  • Further developing existing campaign structures, e.g. through segmentation, automation or new content formats.

Collaboration & Interface Management

  • Close coordination with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and Partnerships to effectively network marketing activities.
  • Management of external partners, service providers and agencies for the implementation of marketing projects.
  • Ensuring efficient internal communication and transfer of relevant information to all stakeholders.
Your profile
  • Experience in B2B marketing: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS industry.

  • Strategic marketing understanding: You have proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and positioning.

  • Product marketing expertise: You are confident in developing value propositions, storylines and go-to-market strategies for new features and products.

  • Campaign management: You have experience in planning, orchestrating and optimising multi-channel campaigns (content, paid, etc.) with a focus on performance and conversion.

  • Analysis & reporting: You have a routine in using KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools; ability to derive data-based recommendations for action.

  • Tools & systems: You have knowledge of common CMS and automation tools (e.g. Clay, Salesforce) and openness to quickly learn new systems.

  • AI in marketing: You bring preferably initial practical experience in the use of AI tools.

  • Strong communication skills: Keen sense of effective storytelling and target group-oriented communication.

  • Languages: You are business fluent German (C2) and you have very good English skills.
