VOIDS is the leading forecasting and inventory management software solution for D2C brands. The VOIDS platform automates accurate product-level demand forecasting to proactively identify risks such as inventory inefficiencies (e.g., out-of-stocks) and take recommended actions to eliminate them before they occur. We help e-commerce brands achieve 98% inventory efficiency, 20x ROI, and six-figure cash profits in a matter of weeks. Since our product launch in June 2023, we’ve achieved significant growth and are positioned to scale further.

VOIDS is hiring a Senior Product Engineer (Fullstack) to own features end-to-end, iterate on customer challenges, and ship production-ready solutions. You will work with the team and co-founders to scale our AI-powered platform and deliver an easily digestible UI for complex data.

What you’ll do

• Lead feature development that directly impacts customer success
• Engage with customers to understand needs and feedback
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, sales, and engineers
• Identify and implement technical enhancements for scalability and performance
• Improve developer experience and tooling
• Decide focus areas autonomously to ship results

Must-Have Skills

• Speak English fluently; German is a plus
• Clear and professional communication skills (incl. async)
• 5+ years of experience as Frontend/Backend/Full-stack engineer
• 2+ years of production experience with TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL
• Strong product intuition and an ownership mindset
• Track record of shipping and improving impactful things
• Good UX focus and balance between speed and long-term maintainability
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous problem solving
• Eye for UX/UI, especially for data-heavy interfaces
• Experience in eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS with dashboards or data visualizations
• DX improvements or tooling you’ve driven in past roles
• Exposure to Python-based data processing (e.g., pandas)
• Experience with infra frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes)

Tech Stack

• Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js 15, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui
• Backend: Next.js (fullstack), migrating from NestJS
• Database: PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM
• AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, v0.dev (used daily)
