Overview

A global industrial organization is looking to appoint a Business Process Expert – SAP MM / IM (m/f/d) to support the international rollout and optimisation of S/4HANA. This strategic role will lead the advancement of SAP MM and IM processes across the business, combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead expert for SAP MM and IM topics, managing stakeholder requirements across global functions.

• Drive and support the ongoing digital transformation with S/4HANA across business units.

• Ensure the successful development, standardisation, and global implementation of SAP MM/IM modules.

• Manage the introduction, operation, and continuous improvement of SAP applications in collaboration with IT and business units.

• Lead sub-projects with ownership for execution, contributing innovative ideas and best practices.

• Work closely with local managers and process owners to harmonise workflows and identify synergies.

• Collaborate across internal SAP teams, infrastructure units, and business process owners to deliver integrated solutions.

• Keep abreast of developments in S/4HANA and apply new technologies to enhance SAP functionality.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as an SAP MM/IM (in-house or external) consultant and project or sub-project manager.

• Ideally familiar with the S/4HANA environment or actively pursuing development in this area.

• Industry experience in manufacturing or process industries preferred.

• Strong team spirit, hands-on mentality, and results-driven work ethic.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment with dynamic project portfolios.

• Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate confidently across departments.

• Motivated to continuously improve and stay engaged with the evolving SAP landscape.
