As a Senior Privacy Analyst you will play a key role in driving Sportradar's global privacy program. Your responsibilities will include leading Privacy by Design initiatives and conducting ad‑hoc privacy assessments ensuring that privacy risks are accurately identified, evaluated and effectively remediated. You will also own the ongoing maintenance of our Risk Register, overseeing the lifecycle of recorded privacy risks, coordinating with stakeholders to gather evidence of mitigation and ensuring that our risk framework remains robust, up‑to‑date and aligned with regulatory expectations.

THE CHALLENGE
  • Lead Privacy by Design activities and conduct ad‑hoc privacy assessments, including identifying privacy risks, recommending mitigation measures and supporting stakeholders through remediation.
  • Maintain and enhance the privacy risk framework, including ongoing ownership of the OneTrust risk register and coordination with teams to collect evidence that risks have been effectively mitigated.
  • Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc privacy reports for Enterprise Risk Management Board‑level audiences and internal stakeholders highlighting key risks, trends and developments.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in global privacy and data protection laws, conduct periodic research and contribute to internal updates such as the privacy newsletter.
  • Support internal and external audits, including ISO‑related audits, by coordinating evidence collection, responding to audit requests and tracking remediation activities.
  • Provide privacy support for M&A due diligence and integration activities, including risk identification and alignment with internal privacy standards.
  • Assist with Data Subject Request (DSR) investigations and responses, ensuring timely and compliant handling where needed.
  • Support data breach investigations, including fact‑finding documentation and coordination with relevant internal teams.
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance and updating of privacy policies, notices and cookie compliance documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in privacy or data protection roles within an international environment.
  • Working knowledge of the Privacy by Design concept and experience supporting product teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work efficiently with senior stakeholders from different business units.
  • Pragmatic and solution‑oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and to manage competing priorities.
  • AI privacy knowledge, IAPP certifications and experience with OneTrust would be advantageous.
  • Interest in privacy, AI, sports and tech.
OUR OFFER
  • A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (offices in Europe, Asia and the US), including various social events and team building.
  • Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
  • A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
  • A vibrant and inclusive community including Women in Tech and Pride groups that welcome all participants.
  • Global Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Calm and Reulay app (leading well‑being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness and long‑term mental resilience).
  • Online training videos.
  • Flexible working hours in a hybrid setting.

While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration and drives innovation both as individuals and as a company. The energy shared, ideas and team support we experience in the office strengthen the foundation of our success and culture. For this reason we are an office‑first business operating on a hybrid model with team members working in the office three days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas and grow together.
