Our marketing team is a blend of creative and data-driven experts. Youll work alongside three content & organic specialists and our performance marketing lead with a shared mission : to build a world-class in-house marketing function. We are taking the reins from our external agency and this role is key to that evolution. Your focus will be on owning Paid Search scaling our growing Paid Social activities and experimenting across a diverse channel mix that includes direct mail partnerships and more.
Were looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in paid search or paid social. This role requires a strategic thinker who can take full ownership of our paid channels driving growth through continuous testing and optimization. You should bring a strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage budgets effectively and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. Collaboration is key as youll work closely with other teams and play an active role in mentoring junior performance marketing colleagues.
