Your Responsibilities

• Own and grow partnerships : Build strong, day-to-day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success - enabled by in-person meetings.
• Understand and enable : Develop a deep understanding of each banks’ requirements and align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with our marketing and distribution teams to and out bank partners to unlock growth.
• Drive impact across projects : Contribute to special initiatives — from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts — and play an active role in shaping how we deliver value.
• Collaborate globally : Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.
• Create transparency : Track and report on partnership progress and project outcomes, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Ensure operational excellence : Keep product information and documentation accurate and up to date, making sure our systems run seamlessly.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English and German communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar.
• Structured problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• A growth mindset and willingness to be hands‑on where needed.
