A leading sustainable charging technology company in Germany is looking for a Mechanical / Electrical Expert to own the design maturity of EV charging reference designs. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and strong skills in DFM and DFS. Responsibilities include leading design across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products meet rigorous standards. This is a full-time role with significant influence on the development of next-generation EV charging solutions.
As our Mechanical / Electrical Expert you will own the design maturity of our next-generation EV charging reference design. Your work forms the backbone of how EcoG customers bring reliable scalable and serviceable charging systems to market. This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence manufacturability and customer value creation.
You will lead the mechanical and electrical aspects of the reference design across the full product lifecycle. Your focus : functional accuracy robustness performance and optimization for production (Design for Manufacturing / DFM) and field service (Design for Service / DFS). You will collaborate closely with product electronics software and customer teams.
