Responsibilities
  • Product Portfolio Management: Oversee commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans for both existing and new products.
  • Customer Selling Stories: Develop and present compelling customer selling stories to drive top-line sales, product awareness, and trial for customer shelf sets.
  • Go-to-market plans: Propose go-to-market trade/shopper marketing elements, including retailer product assortment, pricing, and merchandising (both in-store and online).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor product P&L and Gross Margin mix by category to ensure financial health. Utilize data analytics to understand consumer/shopper insights, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits, to derive action plans and provide continuous feedback to Regional and Global Teams.
  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Managers, fostering collaboration, professional development, and high performance to deliver on strategic marketing goals.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with 4–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver results through strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and insight-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in portfolio management, market launches, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Proficient in using IRI/Nielsen and other market analytics tools, with a deep understanding of KPIs, P&L, and financial performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead, think holistically, and work effectively across diverse teams.
