As a (Senior) Manager (f/m/d) in Tax Technology, this is exactly the job for you – you will work with the lead to build a future-oriented Tax Technology team at MHP.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our clients as a trusted advisor in the digital transformation of their tax function – with a clear focus on innovation, scalability, and practical orientation
• Assuming the role of IT Lead Consultant for Tax in the context of S/4HANA transformations
• Responsibility for the successful planning, management, and implementation of client projects in the area of ??e-invoicing and statutory reporting
• Building and developing the Tax Technology team – both in terms of content, organization, and strategy
• Supporting business development through compelling client presentations, quotation processes, and the development of sustainable client relationships

Requirements

• To be well-prepared for your career at MHP, you have the following qualifications:
• Completed degree or comparable training and at least five years of professional experience in the tax technology environment or in SAP Finance with a focus on tax
• Passion for cutting-edge technologies and tax requirements in the indirect tax/compliance environment
• Expertise in ERP and VAT processes (e.g., SAP FI, ??SD, MM) and related experience with digitalization tools in the tax area. Initial experience in SAP FI customizing is an advantage
• Your working style is characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit, a desire to shape things, and a passion for teamwork on equal terms
• You want to take on responsibility and actively contribute to the development of a new practice
