As a key partner to the Head of Payroll, you will contribute directly to the transformation of our payroll operations. Beyond managing your own client portfolio, you will serve as a trusted reference point for your team, ensuring excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across the department.

Your Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Manage payroll calculations and administrative processes for your dedicated client portfolio.
  • Ensure full compliance with current social legislation and internal quality standards.
Leadership & Mentoring
  • Supervise, guide, and develop a team of junior payroll officers.
  • Support their professional growth through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the reorganization and modernization of the payroll service.
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies, digital tools, and optimized processes.
  • Actively participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Your Profile
