Your Role with us

As a Senior Manager, Pharma Strategy & Delivery (f/m/d) at Temedica, you play a key role in managing and growing our partnerships with leading global pharmaceutical companies. Working closely with Management, you act as the strategic and operational driver for consulting and product delivery, ensuring value creation and client satisfaction.

You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating client needs into concrete initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to the commercial success of your accounts.

In this role, you’ll gain broad exposure to strategic client engagements while continuously developing toward independent account ownership.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Contribute to the commercial performance of key pharma accounts, supporting acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of workstreams within client accounts – from opportunity scoping to successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (consulting, product, data, tech) to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
  • Buildtrusted relationships with key client stakeholders at operational and mid-management levels.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by connecting client needs with Temedica’s solutions and insights portfolio.
  • Translate strategic goals intoactionable plans and ensuremeasurable impact across projects.
  • Contribute to internal best practicesand continuously improve how we deliver value to our pharma partners.
What you bring to the table

Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, or digital health environments.
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercial, medical, or patient engagement functions.
  • Proven track record inbusiness development, client relationship management, or revenue generation.
  • Experience managing complex projects or workstreams with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a hands‑on execution approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and German.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in account management or business development.
  • Familiarity with data-driven healthcare or SaaS-based business models
