This is a senior broad‑scope in‑house role. You’ll play a key part in shaping how legal supports commercial growth, international expansion and day‑to‑day decision‑making across the business.

Tasks

• Act as a trusted legal partner to commercial and leadership teams across the region.
• Advise on a wide range of commercial matters from customer and partner agreements to strategic initiatives.
• Draft review and negotiate complex SaaS licensing and enterprise contracts.
• Support go‑to‑market activity by enabling deals to move quickly while managing legal and regulatory risk.
• Build and refine scalable legal frameworks templates and playbooks that support a growing organisation.

Requirements

• German‑qualified lawyer with experience at a top‑tier law firm combined with in‑house experience within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience negotiating commercial SaaS contracts in DACH region.
• Experience advising on privacy and data protection matters (including GDPR) and an understanding of legal issues arising from the use and deployment of AI technologies.
• Comfortable switching between high‑level strategic advice and detailed hands‑on execution.
• Experience working across jurisdictions and with international teams.
• A collaborative team player with a positive outlook good judgment.
• Pragmatic commercially minded and confident operating in environments where pace and change are constants.
