Senior HR Business Partner - Manufacturing
Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to lead human resources initiatives at our manufacturing site. This role will drive organizational effectiveness by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, aligning HR strategies with operational and business goals.
- Talent & Workforce Planning: Lead talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Provide expert support on employee relations matters.
- Organizational Development: Design and implement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, company culture, and organizational performance.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Performance Management: Guide leaders and employees through performance planning, feedback, and development processes.
- Change Leadership: Drive and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, process optimization, and cultural evolution.
- HR Analytics: Use data and insights (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to inform HR strategies and measure impact.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to foster continuous learning and professional growth.
- Total Rewards: Develop and manage rewards programs tailored to production workforce needs.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: At least 8 years of progressive experience as HR Business Partner, including a minimum of 5 years in the production area; and in a multinational company environment.
- Legal & Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of German labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to influence, advise, and collaborate with leadership teams across all levels of the organization.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Change Management: Hands-on experience in driving and supporting change initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced, and complex business environments.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong capability in using HR metrics and data to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
