Flink Prime is our subscription program designed to make grocery delivery even more valuable for our most loyal customers through a compelling bundle of benefits. As Senior Growth Manager (m/f/d), you will turn Prime into a scalable growth and profitability driver by owning the end-to-end roadmap and the initiatives that move the needle most. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives across Product & Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing, and build a test-and-learn cadence that ties customer impact directly to P&L outcomes.

Job Description
  • Own the Vision & Strategy: Take full, end-to-end ownership of the Flink Prime subscription program. You will define the value proposition, craft the strategic roadmap, and build a program that customers love.
  • Drive Business Performance: Manage the program's P&L with a sharp focus on driving adoption, increasing retention, and maximizing profitability. Your decisions will have a direct impact on Flink's bottom line.
  • Lead Through Influence: Act as the central nervous system for Flink Prime, leading cross-functional alignment with our Product & Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to bring your vision to life.
  • Execute with Excellence: Design, launch, and optimize powerful growth initiatives and marketing campaigns that capture the attention of our customers and drive membership.
  • Champion a Data First Approach: Dive deep into performance data and customer insights to test hypotheses, measure success, and continuously iterate on the program to unlock new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven Subscription Ownership: You have a strong track record of owning and scaling a subscription or loyalty program, with direct P&L responsibility. You know how to build a business within a business.
  • Cross-Functional Mastery: Exceptional program management skills are a must. You excel at aligning diverse stakeholders (P&E, Commercial, Marketing, Finance) and driving complex projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You have a deeply analytical mindset and are an expert at using data to uncover insights, inform strategy, and measure results.
  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Solid experience developing compelling value propositions, strategic pricing models, and effective GTM plans that resonate with customers and hit business targets.
  • Exceptional Communicator & Executor: You can articulate a clear vision to leadership and have the grit and operational horsepower to execute it flawlessly.
