We’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager who drives impact from within the product: through structured experimentation, sharp lifecycle messaging, data-guided decision-making and a deep understanding of user behaviour. This role reports directly to the Head of Product and works closely with Product, Marketing, Brand and Research. You will also guide two working students as part of the Growth unit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Experimentation & Growth Strategy
  • Build and own a structured experimentation framework (A / B tests, lifecycle experiments, paywall iterations).
  • Develop clear hypotheses, define success criteria and drive a rigorous prioritisation process.
  • Learn fast, adapt fast — always with a focus on retention, activity and monetisation.
Lifecycle Messaging
  • Own our CleverTap-based lifecycle messaging stack (push, in-app, automated journeys).
  • Design and execute activation, reactivation and monetisation campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand and UX Copy to ensure clear, consistent and effective messaging.
  • Help build our email channel, which is in an early development phase.
Tracking, Insights & Analytics
  • Own tracking architecture, event schema, data QA and attribution logic.
  • Analyse user behaviour and performance metrics using BigQuery and adjacent tools.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that accelerate product-led growth.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Several years of experience in B2C app growth, ideally in mobile or gaming environments.
  • Strong analytical skill set combined with an excellent grasp of user psychology, communication and lifecycle strategy.
  • Hands‑on experience with CleverTap, BigQuery, Adjust, and similar data or messaging tools.
  • Comfortable working end‑to‑end: from hypothesis to experiment design, execution and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can turn data into clarity and clarity into decisions.
  • Experience supporting or guiding a small team is a plus.
  • Strong command of English.
