The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Full-stack Software Engineer to join our growing Berlin office and be part of the team focused on empowering coaches and players with cutting-edge tools and insights. Whether it’s crafting intuitive and responsive front-end experiences, building robust tools for video playback and analysis in the browser, or developing scalable systems, your work will shape how sports are experienced globally.What You Will Do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and a world-class AI team to deliver products that empower coaches, players, and their supporters.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle - ideation, development, deployment, and monitoring - while leveraging customer feedback loops to iteratively refine and improve products. Our teams really own their products.
• Leverage and enhance Veo’s design system to create intuitive user experiences.
• Participate in technical discussions, reviews, and decisions to shape Veo’s technology landscape.

What You Could Bring

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in building intuitive, responsive tools and working and a proficiency in both backend- (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL) and frontend technologies (TypeScript, React).
• Experience with data processing pipelines.
• An interest in video technologies or sports.
• A foundational understanding of machine learning and computer vision techniques (core principles)
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across disciplines
• A growth mindset, focused on continuous improvement and learning
• A problem-solving mindset and clear understanding of what works when it comes to building and operating large-scale systems.
