Position summary
Responsible for designing and evaluating the overall
performance of Academy participants.
Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate relationships with business partners and key stakeholders
- Propose effective learning interventions to enhance clients and associates' performance and business results in line with business unit strategies and goals.
- Gather and analyze data, report findings, and communicate suggested actions on a continuous basis.
- Develop the business case for adding to the learning portfolios and champion initiatives from discovery through evaluation.
- Advocate on behalf of the business for Enterprise Learning services, ensuring strategies, goals, and priorities are aligned.
- Identify and define success measures for training interventions.
- Create training plans for the business, leveraging learning assets from the Learning Centers of Expertise.
- Manage the training catalogue offer for clients and associates.
- Partner with other learning teams to introduce new programs supporting ongoing professional development.
- Provide project and executive-level reporting, communication plans, meeting agendas, and summaries.
- Manage complex multi-business unit programs.
- Update the business on learning opportunities and services available through various ADP organizations.
- Collaborate with Operations leaders to understand hiring calendars and identify participants for Service Academy cohorts.
- Track individual progress and report results to relevant leads and managers.
- Gather and consolidate information on associate readiness for business transitions.
- Gather feedback and suggest content improvements for Academy courses.
- Train Academy Trainers and Onboarding Buddies on program content, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- At least five years' experience in learning or human performance improvement projects.
- Bilingual skills are a plus; German preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Understanding of instructional design, delivery, and evaluation for all levels.
- Proven project planning, execution, and closure skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Data analysis and summarization skills to inform business decisions.
- Collaborative work approach.
- Fluent in English.
