A leading energy company is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Germany to perform structural analysis and compliance checks for nuclear power plants. The Senior Civil Engineer will perform advanced structural analysis for major projects. The role involves modeling and performing seismic and non-seismic finite element analyses for buildings in the nuclear power plant using ANSYS APDL, ensuring compliance with building design requirements, regulatory requirements and the design specific requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of industry codes, be proficient in finite element and seismic analyses, and be able to mentor junior engineers. The role requires strong communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and quality while performing tasks to budget and schedule. The base pay range for this position is $112,000-160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by factors including experience, education, and skill set. This position is eligible for bonuses. The application deadline is September 26, 2025.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
