About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in IT project management. In this hybrid role, you will not only be responsible for the design and development of robust front-end and back-end services but also play a key role in planning and supervising IT projects, particularly in the areas of IT security, system architecture, and service optimization.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, have a passion for both technical excellence and strategic project execution, and are comfortable collaborating across business departments to deliver impactful IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and optimize complex frontend and backend services, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Analyze, maintain, and enhance existing applications while exploring new technologies and methodologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and coordinate architecture adjustments in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Resolve service requests and incidents, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and meet service-level expectations.
• Lead or support IT projects, from planning to execution, including timeline and resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure all development work complies with security standards and integrates well with overarching IT security architectures.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams and business departments, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; alternatively, completed training as an application developer with equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in frontend development and IT solution design, particularly within IT security architectures.
• Strong expertise in frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks like Angular or Flutter.
• Good knowledge of back-end development using Node.js, Java and frameworks like Spring and Quarkus.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) in both traditional and cloud-based environments.
• Proven experience in IT project management, with working knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ITIL and IT-basic-security lean on BSI.
• The ability to implement the requirements from the business departments in BE/ FE code.
