YOUR BACKGROUND

Strong level of verbal and written communcation in English.

Hands on experience in client services or another client facing role.

Organisation and communcation are some of your strongest attributes, as well as being able to work well in a team.

Interest in being involed in the entire life cycle of customer/client facing projects, from start to finish.

Experience or interest in FX, Treasury, Back/middle office, Finance etc.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Have a great knowledge of the company products and its services so that you can share this information with clients.

Supply our customers with first class and pro-active non-technical services.

Ensure the delivery of advisory services to internal teams.

Deliver both interactive and remote user system trainings.

Grow and maintain client relationships by identifying and accomplishing their business needs as well as enriching user experience, as well as onboard and support new clients throughout their life cycle.

Business testing

Keep track of existing workflows and processes, as well as maintaining/analysing them and seeing how they can be improved.
