A Taste of What to Expect
  • Lead and expand relationships with existing customers, while identifying and closing substantial new business deals
  • Proactively scout, develop, and secure new B2B partnerships (brands, manufacturers, retailers) across the confectionery and chocolate sector
  • Use your deep industry knowledge to strategically align ChoViva’s product offerings with partners’ brand portfolios, shaping how our sustainable chocolate alternative enters and performs in retail channels
  • Oversee and manage the full product lifecycle for new clients: from initial concept and development, through production coordination, to retail placement and reorders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and senior stakeholder contact, supporting clients to integrate ChoViva, scale their orders, and maximize success long term
  • Represent Planet A Foods in physical events as well as online channels to increase brand awareness and forging high-impact connections
  • Drive internal excellence: develop and implement best practices, refine sales processes, and set elevated standards to support scalable growth
  • Help scale ChoViva across the EU, shaping and executing a growth strategy that aspires to transform the chocolate industry through sustainability and innovation

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

Core Ingredients:

  • You have at least five years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the consumer goods, food, confectionery, or retail sector, with a track record of closing medium to large accounts and managing long sales cycles
  • Strategic account management skills: you’re used to navigating complex stakeholder structures, understanding decision‑maker dynamics and tailoring stakeholder‑specific strategies for each account. This includes strong empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to customer success.
  • You’re a great communicator and team player, with ability to build trust and engage senior‑level contacts
  • You’re highly structured in your sales approach, backed by the ability to analyze clients’ business needs, craft tailored proposals, and execute with precision
  • Self‑driven learner & industry‑savvy: you quickly absorb knowledge about manufacturers, retailers, product trends, and you adapt action plans with agility
  • You’re fluent in German and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication

  • Experience in the Chocolate Industry, Food Ingredient Supply for Chocolate Industry or Confectionary Industry is a big plus, but combining great sales experience with fast learning about the industry can get you there too
