What you’ll do : Summary :

You will be part of the central SAP AI Unit and work with our customers to use and implement SAP Business AI solutions helping them to improve their business results based on latest machine learning this role you work closely with our international teams and the office of the CTO to achieve high value propositions with machine learning technology in the daily work of our customers and make sure that they are adopting successfully our technology. You will be a representative for SAP Business AI on internal and external events and demonstrate our customers and teams the value of SAP Business AI solutions.

The Role :

As a Customer Adoption Specialist for AI you drive campaigns to create awareness of latest AI technology at our customers and our internal field organization. You guide through the setup and adoption process and create learning resources like tutorials webinars or track and monitor usage and consumption of AI products and work closely with engineering and product management team by collecting and providing structured and actionable feedback

What you bring :

You are intrinsic motivated person with a high interest in applying machine learning technology in a customers daily work and help them to improve efficiency. Your strong SAP background helps you to understand the SAP technology and components that are used to build our AI solutions. Your on track with Machine Learning technologies and industry topics like Generative AI Agents and Agent-to-Agent Communication. Your strong can-do attitude helps you to find pragmatic solution approaches. You like to structure your working results and create regular reporting on your progress and results on C-Level.

Further Role Requirements are :

• University Degree in Computer Science related disciplines or Economics with applied Computer Science
• Guiding and Driving Teams to Successful AI Adoption
• Thought leader for Adoption Campaigns and Activities
• Reporting and Presentation Skills on C-Level
• Good Overview of machine Learning Technologies
• Strong SAP Background on with one or more of S / 4 Hana SPA BTP SAP Cloud Solutions
• Programming Skills in Python and machine learning relevant frameworks like langchain
