Senior Brand & Innovation Manager - Consumer Health division

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales and profit development (P&L ownership and accountability) of respective brands within the country.
  • Monitors brand development and launch execution, with recommendations on how to improve or further accelerate.
  • Translates enterprise/cluster brand strategies into actionable plans for the brand locally.
  • Drives alignment between the Category/Brand and Customer teams locally.
  • Develops short term, mid-term, and long-term innovation pipeline, aligning with Customer local teams as early as possible.
  • Explores new possibilities and ideas to market the brands, prepares and designs the launch plans for new products /brands based on validated consumer insights.
  • Cooperates within the Category Cluster Team, sharing success stories and best practices within the wider brand community in the Cluster and beyond in a timely and productive way, at the same time re-applying proven models from other geographies.
  • Excels in roll-out and application of newly revamped Tb4L (Transforming Brands For LIFE) tools and processes.

Who you are:

  • Educated to degree standard: preferably university degree (in Business related qualification).
  • 10 years’ experience in Strategic Marketing in OTC/RX and FMCG industry with solid track record of success (including delivering on targets).
  • Proven track record in Innovation, including new product developments (NPDs) and commercial launches.
  • Experienced in guiding projects from strategic ideation through the concept phase and process management to go-to-market (GtM) activation plans, including setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving successful execution results.
  • Digital and HCP marketing as well as international experience are strong advantages.
  • Effective & inspirational leadership of cross functional Teams (local / regional) is a must.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel strategies with strong focus on commercial excellence in execution.
  • Focus on constant development & proactively seeking feedback.
  • Leadership qualities and skills, strong team player and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad understanding of the total business and the ability to work in cross functional environment.
  • Analytical skills to monitor and steer the brands with spirit of proper prioritization.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing complexity and set the right priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Successful implementation of AI in brand activations, cross functional projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capability to adapt to audience specifics: Fluent English.
