The firm advises founders, family‑owned businesses, and mid‑market corporates on sell‑side and buy‑side M&A, growth capital, and strategic transactions across Germany and Europe.

The platform is known for its hands‑on execution model, lean deal teams, and strong exposure to decision‑makers. With an active pipeline and increasing transaction volumes in the €20–300m range, the firm is expanding its junior execution bench in Frankfurt.
