Your Role

Join a dynamic team building a next-generation platform that helps organizations accelerate and improve the efficiency of their AI applications. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will contribute directly to the development, optimization, and integration of cutting-edge AI models. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and fine-tuning LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering and performance evaluation.
• Implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems and optimizing vector databases for fast information retrieval.
• Integrating AI models into a modern web platform using Django Ninja (FastAPI-style APIs) and Next.JS.
• Developing monitoring systems to track model quality, bias, and performance metrics.
• Creating user-friendly interfaces that make advanced AI features accessible.
• Automating and streamlining AI workflows through pipeline development and orchestration tools.
• Exploring and integrating innovations in multimodal AI (text, image, audio) into the platform.

Your Profile

• A degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience through projects or prior roles.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Langchain, or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or open-source variants, and a solid understanding of their underlying mechanics.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG systems, and best practices for model evaluation.
• Ideally, experience with web technologies (React/Next.JS) and backend development using Django or FastAPI.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI and its potential in software development, with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English (B2+); German language skills are a plus.
