Task Responsibilities
  • Support in the administration / coordination of Advance Passenger Information Systems : (from initial request from a country to final testing of the API transmissions in Cargolux systems), follow up on changes in API requirements / enhancements with the IT departments and ensure daily follow-up of API alerts;
  • To contribute to building an organizational culture, responsive to security issues and committed to integrity and excellence;
  • Provide the Security Standards department with administrative support on various topic such as and limited to follow up on the Quality Control yearly planning, KPI monitoring, License and certification renewals;
  • Support the team on the administrative part such as business trip organization, visa requirement, expense claims.
Essential Requirements For The Position
  • Ability to ensure coordination of different departments around the API subject;
  • Have a primary experience with project management;
  • Ability to dive into the details while keeping the bigger picture;
  • Understanding of Cargolux softwares : AIMS and e-travel;
  • Translating legal requirement into operational solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interract with internal and external stakeholders at different level.
Working Conditions
  • Position based in our HQ in Luxembourg;
  • Full-Time position;
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
